Bud burst in the orchard

We are looking forward to seeing the blossom in the orchard shortly. We have had a few frosty days and a fresh dumping of snow on the hills around the orchard. This cold snap does not effect the trees and the blossom will come on as normal. Bud burst is looking really healthy and we are expecting bigger sized fruit compared to last year.
